If your App fails to connect to AirTouch or you receive Error 2002, please update your wall console software and smartphone app to the latest version. Updating the wall console is easy, just follow the steps in this video.

For Apple iOS

1. Open the App Store.
2. Tap your profile icon at the top of the screen.
3. Scroll to see pending updates and release notes. Tap Update next the AirTouch App to Update

For Android

1. Open the Google Play Store app .
2. At the top right, tap the profile icon.
3. Tap Manage apps & device. The AirTouch 5 App with an update available will have the label "Update available".
4. Tap Update
